• Enquiries: When you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, help with your request and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Appointment requests: Our booking page embeds CharmHealth calendars. Information entered into those calendars is submitted through CharmHealth to the practice for scheduling and related patient communication. Patient portal and clinical records are handled through the relevant care systems.
• Public comments: Where comments are enabled, WordPress collects the comment, name, email address, optional website address, IP address and browser information. These details support comment display, moderation and spam prevention. Approved comments, the name you supply and any associated public profile image may be visible to other visitors; your email address is not displayed as part of the public comment.
• Website administration: Authorized website users have account and profile information used to manage access and content. WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and display preferences. A password-reset email may include the requesting IP address.

Technical information, cookies and browser storage
